Good to know
Guests are welcome to use the entire space. It is fully equipped with coffee, cooking essentials and even has an amazing roof deck! One king bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another king bedroom, and a sofa (with a pullout sleeper) can be used for you and your guests. Please make sure to add the correct number of guests to your stay. Top floor of this 5 story building in SoMa with a fantastic dedicated outdoor space for this unit. One parking spot is included in the building garage. Please note that the spot can be considered thin and that wide cars may have trouble fitting within the lines which is important to my neighbors.
Other Details to Note
Please note that this building was built in 2007 but did not include central air conditioning in the units. Honestly once you open up a window you’ll get the cool ocean air blowing through your windows. It cools right down. We also have fans if needed. I also have a plant watering service that comes by. Please let me know if you’d like me to reschedule them outside of your stay.

There is a multitude of bus lines going by my place, also there is BART about three blocks away. For parking I offer one spot in the garage for free, please note that large suvs, trucks, and vans have a hard time fitting in the space.
